How Do I Delete Active And Closed Forms On A Project?

This article will show you how to delete forms from the Active Forms and Closed Forms sections of a project.

You may not always need to complete forms that are Active in a Project. You also may not need to keep some forms that are Closed. Deleting Active or Closed forms from a project is made simple with FieldFlō. This article will show you exactly how to do this!

Required

  1. In order to delete Active forms, you must have the following roles enabled:
    View All Projects or View Assigned Projects
    Add / Edit Open Forms

  2. In order to delete Closed Forms, you must have the following roles enabled:
    View All Projects or View Assigned Projects
    Edit / Delete Closed Forms

  3. In order to delete Mandatory Active or Closed Forms, you must have the following roles enabled :
    View All Projects or View Assigned Projects
    Can Delete Mandatory Forms

The examples shown in this article are Active Forms. These steps are exactly the same for Closed Forms.


Here are the steps on how to delete Active and Closed forms on a Project :

  1. (optional) Once you're in your Project, click the Trash Can icon next to the form. This will delete this single form only.

  2. (optional) Multi select each Radio button next on all forms that you need to delete. Select the 3 Dots to the top right of all forms, then select Delete Forms.
    This will only delete the selected forms.

  3. (optional) Select the Radio button above all forms. Click the 3 Dots to the top right of all forms, then select Delete Forms. This will select and delete all forms from whichever section you're on. (Active or Closed).
