Tracking maintenance in FieldFlo is now easier than ever, and in this article, you will learn how to set those parameters so you can track them via the Equipment Dashboard.

Here are the steps for tracking Maintenance:
Click on the Inventory Module.

Find the piece of equipment you would like to add maintenance to by using the filter
option and once you find it click on it to open up the item.

Then you will click on the Maintenance & Repair tab.

In the top section, you will see information on the Odometer Reading. This information gets auto-filled whenever an inspection form is completed, and you can also manually update it on this screen.

On the Maintenance tab, you will then select the type of maintenance you would like to track from the dropdown, enter the Triggered At, whether by miles or hours and press the + Add blue button.
