FieldFlō's auto-enrollment feature is a time saver. Auto-enrollment allows you to enroll an employee in a training directly from their employee profile. This article will walk you through exactly how to do this!

In order to use the auto-enrollment feature, you must have Super Admin access.
Information
Auto-enrollment will not send the training SMS to the Employee. This will add the Employee in the enrolled area of a training, saving you a step when it's time to deploy the training.
Or you can skip the deployment step altogether because as soon as the employee is enrolled in the training, the training is available from the Employee's QR code.
Here are steps on how to use the auto-enrollment feature:
On your left main menu, click Employees.
Once you're in the employe module, you can find the employee you need by typing their name in the search bar or filter your options by the Status dropdown. If you would like additional filtering options click the blue + Filter button.
Once you find the employee you need, click anywhere on the Employee name to open up their profile.
Select the EMPLOYEE CERTS tab. Once this opens, select the Need Radio Button next to the certificate that this employee needs. This selection will auto-enroll this employee to the Training that this certificate is attached to.
Note: Certificate names that are in purple are currently attached to a training.Click Save on the bottom left.
This employee will now be in the Enrolled list on the training that certificate is attached to!
