The Inventory Change Log in FieldFlō gives you a detailed history of all changes made to your inventory, including adjustments, additions, and removals. This article will walk you through how to access and navigate the Inventory Change Log.

Required Permissions

In order to access the Inventory Change Log, you must have the following role enabled:
View Inventory

Steps to Access the Inventory Change Log

  1. On your left main menu, click Inventory.

  2. Once the inventory page opens, click the 3 Dots on the top right, then click Change Log.

  3. The Inventory Change Log will display a list of all recorded inventory changes. Each entry includes:

    • The date and time of the change

    • The item that was modified

    • The type of change (e.g., added, removed, adjusted)

    • The quantity before and after the change

    • The user who made the change

  4. Use the available filters (such as date range or item name) to narrow down the results and find specific changes.

Tip -

The Inventory Change Log is a great tool for auditing inventory activity and identifying discrepancies. Regularly reviewing the log can help keep your inventory data accurate and up to date.

NOTE

You can also view the change log per item by clicking the 3 dots on the inventory item and selecting 'Change Log'.
