FloTime is an app that field workers use to manage their own Daily Timesheets. This article will walk you through exactly how to login for the first time!
IMPORTANT NOTE
FieldFlo's app has 2 versions. You can only use one of these versions.
Offline Supervisor App : This version has no invite and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. This version is used to complete all daily forms while having no service.
FloTime : After downloading the app, you must receive an invite to FloTime. This version is ONLY used to complete your OWN Daily Timesheets.
Here are the steps on how to access FloTime for the first time :
Once you receive the App Invite, click the Link that was delivered via text.
Once the link opens, click Download on the App Store or Get It On Google Play.
Notes :
• If you have FieldFlo as an app already, clicking these buttons will direct you to open the app. Once you select an option, click Open.
• If FieldFlo is not already downloaded, download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Once FieldFlo is downloaded, click the link you received via text, click Download on the App Store or Get It On Google Play, then click Open!
Once FloTime opens, enter your Phone Number, then click Next.
Enter the One-time passcode that was sent via text.
Now you're ready to click Start Day!
