How do I add Scope & Pricing to a Proposal?

This article will walk you through the steps on how to add Scope & Pricing to your proposals!

Required

In order to add Scope & Pricing to Proposals, you must have the following roles enabled:

View All Leads or View Only Assigned Leads
Can Add Leads


Here are the steps to add Scope & Pricing to a Proposal:

  1. On your left main menu, click CRM then click Leads.

  2. You can scroll to find your Lead, use the search bar, or click the icon to apply filters to the Leads list.

  3. Once you've found your Lead, click on the Lead to open it up.

  4. Select Proposals, click the ••• next to the proposal, then click Edit Proposal.


  5. (If creating new) Click + New Proposal if one doesn't exist already.

  6. (If creating new) The New Proposal pop-out will appear. First, select your Client. Second, choose a Template if needed, duplicate from an Existing proposal (will make a copy), or create an External proposal.

  7. (If creating new) Once all information from step 5 is entered/selected, click Create Proposal.

  8. Click + Add block, or edit the existing Scope & Pricing block.

  9. If you're adding a new block, click Scope & Pricing.

  10. Click + Add to add your bid line items.

  11. Select the Type of bid item, and enter the pricing details for that item/

    Note: Pricing options will vary depending on the selected Type.

  12. Click Add line item once all pricing details are complete.

  13. Now your Scope & Pricing has been added! You can delete or make edits from this screen directly.
