Proposals aren't always signed electronically. This article will show you exactly how to mark a Proposal as Signed if it was signed outside of FieldFlo.
Required
In order to mark Proposals as Signed, you must have the following roles enabled:
• View All Leads or View Only Assigned Leads
• Can Add Leads
Here are the steps to manually mark a Proposal as Signed:
On your left main menu, click CRM then click Leads.
You can scroll to find your Lead, use the search bar, or click the
icon to apply filters to the Leads list.
Once you've found your Lead, click on the Lead to open it up.
Select Proposals, click the ••• next to the proposal, then click Verified Signed
